Refund and Returns Policy

At Define-Problem, all services are provided in a fully digital format and are delivered as professional analytical, consulting, and diagnostic materials. Due to the nature of digital consulting services and the immediate allocation of analytical resources upon purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By purchasing any service from Define-Problem, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

Nature of Digital Services

All Define-Problem services include the preparation, analysis, and delivery of proprietary consulting materials such as:

  • organizational diagnostic reports
  • structural analysis documentation
  • visual analytical diagrams
  • strategic frameworks and recommendations
  • structured consulting materials and supporting documentation

These materials are developed specifically for the purchased service and delivered digitally.

Because these services involve the allocation of professional expertise and analytical resources, they are considered non-returnable once delivery has occurred.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • the service was purchased but not yet delivered
  • duplicate payment was made for the same service
  • the service could not be delivered due to a verified internal technical issue
  • the service was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Each request is reviewed individually and evaluated based on objective delivery and service status.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • the service has already been delivered
  • analytical reports or consulting materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • the client has received the consulting deliverables
  • dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not related to delivery failure
  • inability to use the service due to factors outside Define-Problem’s control
  • change of mind after purchase

Due to the intellectual and professional nature of consulting services, once delivery has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled.

Delivery Confirmation

Service delivery is considered complete when:

  • consulting materials are made available for download
  • digital reports are delivered
  • access to deliverables has been provided
  • or delivery confirmation has been issued

Once delivery is completed, the service is considered successfully fulfilled.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased service, Define-Problem will make reasonable efforts to assist and ensure proper delivery.

Technical access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if delivery has already occurred.

Fraud Prevention

Define-Problem reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

  • abuse of refund requests
  • fraudulent activity
  • unauthorized use of services
  • violation of the Terms of Service

This policy helps protect the integrity of our consulting services.

Policy Updates

Define-Problem reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.
Updated versions will be published on this page.
